October 14 - Day of the Defender of Ukraine. (14.10.2021)

Dear Defenders!

On behalf of the International Maritime Association, accept the most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the triple holiday: the Day of the Defender of Ukraine, the Day of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin.

Ukraine has always revered those who bravely and heroically defended their homeland from malicious encroachments: both during the Cossacks and during the Nazi invasion. We are especially grateful to the soldiers-defenders even now - during the Russian aggression. In difficult times for the country, Ukrainians once again proved that the blood of free and courageous Cossacks flows in their veins. Thousands of people have become a human shield between the enemy force in the East and peaceful Ukraine. Unfortunately, many of them gave their lives for our freedom.

On this day, we want to wish all the defenders good health, strength of spirit and courage to endure to the end. And to Ukraine - victories and a peaceful sky. May the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin keep peace and tranquility in our state.
